Position: Food Service Team Lead

Food Service Team Leads will manage of all aspects of daily operation for an assigned food location.
Essential Job Functions:
- Training all new Team Members in specific procedures for assigned location.
- Ensuring that all Team Members deliver outstanding guest service at all times.
- Monitoring preparation of all food items to ensure a consistent product is served to our guests.
- Ensuring proper protocols for heating and cooling all cooked product are followed by all cast members.
- Ensuring proper sanitation techniques including wearing mandated sanitation items such as gloves and hair nets or hats. Protect company assets: money, merchandise, equipment. Maintain accurate records and loss prevention procedures.
- Pleasant, polite manner with guests and co-team member, utilizing a team spirit to achieve Wild Adventures sales standards.
- Maintain full stock levels and exciting displays in all stores/locations.
- Utilize salesmanship, suggestive selling.
- Report any shoplifting : counterfeit bills, or any other activities that may be detrimental to the park
- Correct any safety violations and/or potential hazards and communicate it to your direct report.
- Assist in monthly and yearly inventories.
- Maintain the highest level of guest service and satisfaction.
- Ensure that your location is opened and closed at it scheduled time.
- Ensure that all staffing needs are met on a daily basis.
- Managing/maintaining budgeted labor and food cost percentages.
- Effective communication with Area Supervisors on all issues at all times.
- Ensuring all units meet or exceed accepted levels of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Assisting in Team Member training to ensure that a consistent message is being delivered.
- Operating a variety of kitchen equipment including fryers, broilers, choppers & slicers.
- Maintenance of clean and sanitary work station at all times.
- Ensuring proper breaks are given and documented.
- Daily completion of all paperwork including break documents and supply requisition forms.
- Observation of all company and department policies as outlined in Cast Member Manuals and updated in memos.
- Participation in all mandated training programs.
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum age of 18
- Applicant must possess High School or equivalent diploma; or 1 or more year’s experience.
- Serv – Safe Certification & Food Service Experience – preferred.
- Must be Georgia Certified Work Ready
